We believe that our Patients are our family and we are honored to be a part of your journey. This month, we would like to introduce some of our team and why they love working at Premier.

Manny is one of the initial owners of Premier and has over 18 years of experience in the prosthetic and healthcare industry. He graduated from the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomechanics. His prosthetic training was completed in 2001 at the University of Northwestern Medical School in Chicago -NUPOC. Manny is an American Board-Certified Orthotist and Prosthetist and a member of AOPA and OPGA. He has provided his knowledge in prosthetics as an expert witness for local law offices. Manny is proud of the fact that Premier can provide a turnkey process for our referral sources and patients. “I get the most enjoyment from having a direct impact on the patient’s quality of life. Seeing them regain their independence is priceless”.

Matt joined the Premier team in June of 2003 and has been practicing prosthetics since 2006. He is an ABC certified prosthetist and pedorthotist and loves that he gets to attend conferences to gain knowledge on the latest technology to better patient care. Matt loves to take our mobile units onsite and visit patients in their homes and to go to local universities and teach seminars to the prosthetists of tomorrow!

Angie has been our patient care coordinator for nearly 3 years. She works endlessly to learn new ways to advance patient care and cares for each individual that comes through the door.

Doc got into the industry because of his own prosthesis and he wanted to learn more about them. Throughout his 30+ years of experience, he has always enjoyed helping people. working with his hands, and creating prosthetics that match the patient. His prosthetic has poker cards!

Gobe is one of the more recent additions to our team. His favorite thing about working at Premier is helping patients get back to their normal lives after the fear of losing it forever.

Premier Prosthetics and Orthotics is thrilled to share that our patient-exclusive support group called AMP’D UP will be having it’s second meeting on Friday, December 16th! This group is designed to be a safe space for Premier patients to come together and support one another, for Premier to provide educational resources, and to have fun! This group will be led by Premier Patient Ambassadors, Anthony Taylor and Gabby Guetterman. They invite all of you to attend and join in on the fun of arriving with your prosthetic decorated for the holidays, or risk wearing an ugly sweater!
