Mobile Units

ForMotion Clinic St. Louis goes above and beyond to accommodate our patients who face transportation challenges. Each practitioner has a fully-equipped mobile workshop, which allows us to provide offsite service with the same high level of care that our in office patients receive. Consultations and prosthetic evaluations can be performed at hospitals, nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and patient homes as a service to our patients.
